Payment of the training fee is payable at least 14 days prior to the course date, following receipt of our invoice. Cancellation between 21 days and 16 days before the date of the training will be charged at 40% of the training fee. Cancellation within 15 days of the training will be charged the full training fee. You may change the delegate name at any time with no charge.
