We are delighted to announce that Stephen Green and Associates (SG&A) has had an equity-backed management buy-out. The former senior managers, led by Dr Sarah Dorling, Principal RPA and Chief Executive Officer, have headed the acquisition and will continue to lead the business. We have wished the former owners, Stephen & Deborah Green, all the very best in their retirement and thanked them for setting up such an outstanding business.
Our vision continues to be to build the pre-eminent, market leading radiation protection service in the UK for veterinary, dental and corporate clients. We look forward to identifying new opportunities, strengthening the existing company ethos, and continuing to deliver the best level of service that we can for our clients.
On a practical level, we are continuing to deliver business as usual and there are no changes to our terms and conditions or contact points from the change in ownership of the business and there is no need for any contractual changes.
