Our provider of Instadose+ badges, Mirion, have advised that due to a situation outside of their control, there is a global shortage of electronic components used to manufacture the instadose+ badges. They have therefore taken then decision to temporarily suspend all new badge orders.
We will continue to prioritise badges that need replacing and additional badge orders for existing clients, however Mirion only have a small amount of stock badges remaining.
We are working very closely with Mirion to come up with a solution to allow us to continue to provide a dosimetry service to our clients. In the mean time any orders received will not processed until the current situation has been resolved.
All existing orders which have been paid for will still be processed, however please be aware that there is an 8-12 week delay on receiving the badges
Any further information we receive from Mirion regarding this will be updated on our website as we receive it.
